That's one of the major complaints I hear from people trying to lose weight, that they don't know what to cook or they need some new recipes. I used to be in that boat too but thanks to Janelle's blog and other great websites, I have tons of recipes waiting for me to make them.

Let's face it, that's all we food lovers really want while we are losing weight and living a healthier lifestyle, to not feel like we've given up something in exchange for something that leaves us dissatisfied. I assure you, make this soup ONCE and you'll be making it AGAIN!
